What do you do with three 5 gallon buckets of Apricots?

Uhmm....jam, freezer jam, more cooked jam, bottled apricots, give some away, apricot syrup, even more jam, give more away, and dehydrate all the leftovers.

That pretty much sums it up!

My Friend, Amy

Remember when the Beehives hosted a karaoke night as a combined YW/YM activity? I do! You were always the one to be "crazy" or "silly" with me. Remember that we head banged to Pour Some Sugar On Me by Def Leppard? (first of all, why in the world was Def Leppard invited to mutual anyway? Ha! Ha!) I think I lost some brain cells after all of that great excitement on stage. Did we use brooms for guitars? and slide across the floor on our knees like super stars?

Don't forget....we also sang Dancing Queen very enthusiastically with the girls. What a fun time!! I really miss you! Good times were had by all if Amy Jackson was involved.
