Wasn't General Conference wonderful? I love to hear all the good information that the general authorities and the Prophet tells us. It is always so good to re-evaluate and get going on some new goals to improve life and increase spirituality. I was impressed during the Solemn Assembly--it was a neat opportunity to sustain our newly called Prophet. I love having Sunday dinner at my parents house between sessions (it's a tradition). When I was a little girl our family would go across town to my Grandma Shepherd's for "conference dinner". She would place all the leafs in her dining table so we could all sit around it. My Dad inherited that table and my parents have continued the tradition--we still have Sunday Conference dinner around Grandma Shepherd's table.
Small and simple things....
