Okay, so I made some pies last week. The pie crust recipe was given to me by my sister, Eileen, and it tastes very good. The crust was fairly easy to work with, but I need to work on my technique a few more times. But for my first attempt at accomplishing the "Diva" goal, I'm not too discouraged and think that I will try it a few more times before I get a thumbs up.
